CVPR 2020: SGAS，一種基于貪心思想的CNN/GCN網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)搜索算法

我們是同時將SGAS用到GCN的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)搜索中的。GCN網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)由普通單元（normal cell）組成。其搜索空間由10個運算組成：conv－1×1， MRConv， EdgeConv， GAT， SemiGCN， GIN， SAGE， RelSAGE，skip－connect， and zero operation。

SGAS在ModelNet10的訓(xùn)練集與測試集搜索結(jié)構(gòu)，并在ModelNet40訓(xùn)練集和測試集上進行訓(xùn)練與測試，結(jié)果如表3所示：

我們也將SGAS應(yīng)用到生物信息圖的結(jié)點預(yù)測上。我們在PPI （protein protein intersection）數(shù)據(jù)集的訓(xùn)練集與驗證集搜索結(jié)構(gòu)，并在PPI的訓(xùn)練集和測試集上進行訓(xùn)練與測試，結(jié)果如表4所示：

我們SGAS在GCN上的實驗，超越了之前最好的模型。我們在ModelNet40以及PPI數(shù)據(jù)集上成為了新的state－of－the－art．
