簡介：
Michael Heuken—德國愛思強公司研發(fā)副總裁
Prof. Dr. Michael Heuken was born in Oberhausen, Germany on November 17, 1961.
He received the Diplom-Ingenieur degree and the Dr.-Ing. degree in Electrical
Engineering from Duisburg University in 1985 and 1989, respectively. He joined the
Institut für Halbleitertechnik at RWTH Aachen as senior engineer and has been working
in the field of metalorganic vapor phase epitaxy for electronic and optoelectronic
devices. In 1994 he finished his Habilitation in semiconductor technology and devices
with a thesis on MOCVD technology for optoelectronic devices. Since then and still at
present he has been lecturer for semiconductor technology and devices as well as
circuits for communication systems at RWTH. In 1997 he joined AIXTRON AG in
Aachen-Germany where he is now Vice President Corporate Research & Development.
In 1999 he was honored as Professor at RWTH Aachen. His main research interests
are in the fields of Semiconductor growth by MOVPE, materials characterization, device
technology, electronic and optoelectronic devices and circuits.
Prof. Heuken is author and co-author of more than 400 publications in international
journals and several invited papers at international conferences. He was President of
DGKK (German Crystal Growth Association) from 2002 to 2005, is currently board
member of EPIC (European Photonics Industry Consortium), board member of
OptechNet e.V and member of VDE/ITG. He acts as referee for international Journals.
He has been granted several patents in the field of CVD technology. |

Dr Vincent Chen is Senior Application Engineer of OSRAM Opto Semiconductors’ Asia Application Design Center in Shanghai. With his technical background, Dr Chen is providing customers technical advice for various applications of solid state lighting and also greatly involving in standardization of solid state lighting .
Dr Chen joined OSRAM Opto Semiconductors in 2008 after graduating from Fudan University with a PhD in Physical Electronics. In 2006 summer, he was in Helsinki University of Technology Finland as visiting researcher. His research interests are in mescopic vision and application in LED street lighting. Dr Chen’s publication record includes over twenty papers in international and national academic journals and he also presented his papers in several conferences including 26th CIE conference. He now is member of Traffic and Signal Lighting committee in China Illumination Engineering Society (CIES). |

邵嘉平，上?？其J光電發(fā)展有限公司，中國市場技術總監(jiān)，華東區(qū)總經理。
During the years of 1997 to 2006, Dr. Shao Jia Ping studied in Tsinghua University in Beijing and earned his B.S. degree and Ph.D. degree focusing in areas of Physical Electronics & Optoelectronics.
He has executed capacious researches on III-V Nitrides Material Epitaxy, Process Developments (HB-LED, HEMT, LD, Detectors), DC & RF Sputtering, E-beam & Thermal Evaporation, Photolithography Process Tech., and the materials & devices characterization methods: SEM, TEM, AFM, HR-XRD, AES, XPS, PL, EL, C-V and so on.
Since February 2008, Dr. Shao was being appointed as the Technology Director and concurrently XLamp Product Manager by Cree who stations at one of Cree’s Engineering Centre in Shanghai.
Since July 2009, Dr. Shao was also being appointed to be in charge of Cree Eastern China Region.
